Milestones.

When we took Addison to the doctor last week she weighed 24 pounds! Yes, she had her clothes on (they often make us take her clothes off – don’t want that extra weight!) and I’m sure her diaper wasn’t completely dry. Still, 24 pounds! We’ve worked really hard for these stats. I think that actually puts her on the growth charts. We aren’t concerned with the charts (we mainly care that she is growing and thriving) but it does make a parent feel good to see a # instead of a zero on the form.

More importantly, she’s healthy and incredibly happy.

And I’m happy, too.
